Waldorf Hospitality Services
Waldorf Hospitality Services is made up of the former cleaning, maintenance and cheffing functions of the Waldorf. It is wholly owned by the former staff of the Waldorf. Training is being undertaken to equip them to manage the business independently. The Waldorf has employed outside help to train the staff. The Waldorf provided training, capital & capital equipment to allow the staff to manage their own business.

Chris Plumbing - Chris is a self employed artisan. The business is a sole proprietorship. He has three assistant plumbers and is available to The Waldorf on call 24hrs per day.

Waldorf Ownership
Waldorf Ownership - The Waldorf front office is a management company of the owners/shareholders of the Waldorf through a Sectional Title Register. Ownership of properties which are the assets of this concern vests 22% in BE hands and The Waldorf is seeking other BE partners.

Shareholding
Management Company Shareholding - is 30% PDI ownership. The PDI ownership is contingent upon a purchase agreement that is in the process of fulfillment.

In House Training
The Waldorf has a cross training policy which staff members are taught skills in administration, accounting, sales, hospitality and public relations. This was developed for the specific needs of the Waldorf but has broader benefits as it develops an understanding of processes in the hospitality industry. The company allows 30 minutes per for self study on the companies time and at the companies expense.
