Fairy Knowe Backpackers
Fairy Knowe Backpackers is stunning backpackers set on an old rambling farm surrounded by Wilderness National Park, on the bend of the Touw river. This 1874 Homestead is jam-packed with character and old fashioned delights. It is enveloped by a veranda overlooking the Touw river, the perfect spot for sunrises and sundowners, whilst admiring the indigenous wildlife. The perfect place to CHILL OUT!! All you need is within walking distance from Fairy Knowe, including beautiful Waterfalls, Pubs, Beaches, Shops, Restaurants and the authentic steamtrain.

The Fenery Lodge & Chalets

High Field Backpackers Lodge
Highfields, a big funky old house built in what was originally the highest settlement in town. We have plenty of backpackers hostel accommodation, with space galore to spread out and enjoy yourself, near enough to town for you to take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the sights and sounds of Knysna or relax at the waterfront in one of the excellent restaurants in offer.

Hikers Haven
God has more than generously splashed His natural beauty palette around Nature’s Valley. Set in a lush garden amidst the trees, HIKERS HAVEN is a place where you can put up your feet for a while and enjoy an almost unspoilt creation. From the sundeck you can hear waves sigh and watch the sunbird darting amongst the brilliant bougainvillea. On your stroll to the only shop you can encounter a shy bushbuck, or a wildpig or if you are walking along the 5km of sandy white beach you can spot whales and dolphins or even occasional leopard spoor. The beach and lagoon are only 200m from the guesthouse.
