  • Your reservation is only confirmed once you have pre-paid your reservation.
  • If you fail to appear on due date - our cancellation policy is 100% if cancellation occurs prior to arrival within 15 days, 50% 15-30 days & 25% +30 days.
  • The Management will allow the guest to change dates of arrival 7 days before arrival provided the accommodation is used within one calendar year and subject to availability at the time of re-booking.

a) International Guests that make payments made in advance of arrival in South Africa do not have to pay VAT (14% saving). Please note we quote our rates ex-Vat. Payments made in RSA are subject to VAT and VAT is not refundable as with other goods when leaving RSA.

b) When making payment by EFT or bank transfer, please ensure that you use your name,followed by the date of your arrival as a reference. i.e. Carter-2006/20/15 In the case of payments made on behalf of companies, please add your company name too. i.e. Carter-2006/12/15-IBM.

c) International Guests, when making payment by bank transfer please use the SWIFT code in conjunction with our bank name, branch, branch code & account number. Make all payments out to Great African Experiences.
