The company now operates more than 1,500 retail stores in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, the USA, Canada, Beijing, Singapore and Hong Kong, and employs more than 7,000 people worldwide.

Our mission - (amongst many others, that is...!) - is to ensure that you take off on time. And to show just how seriously we take our on-time performance track record, we set ourselves a target getting 90% of our flights to take off timeously.

Our target has been to eliminate ‘avoidable delays’, and by that we mean those delays that we actually have control over, like ensuring our flights are closed on time and completing the paperwork timeously.
