• Put them in contact with reputable concerns.
• Concerns that carry sufficient choice of goods.
• Provide a venue that is easy to navigate to
• Provides adequate parking

MAKRO
MAKRO - is my first choice, even though their prices may not always beat their competitors, because they have a) an inventory system that tracks the date you purchased stock b) they always honour the guarantee without fuss and the need to prove that you purchased it there, because they have the records in their system c) their returns department is the quickest. For these reasons alone, it is my company's policy to use MAKRO as the supplier of first choice in all company purchases. Our view is that it is quality of service that counts. A cheapdeal costs more in the long term.

Incredible Connection
Incredible Connection have good prices at times, but they tend to hook one in with hype and better trained floor staff that have a more intimate knowledge of what they are selling. I do not find the saving of R10-20 on an item worth.

Hi-Fi Corporation
Hi Fi Corporation - often great prices, but poor returns and service department. Also we have experienced great difficulty in certain dealing involving holding stock for us, the condition we received it in and effecting guarantee claims. Good prices if you don't need after sales service.
