330
Rave Club
'330' has been around a long time
and adapts to the latest trends. It is regarded as a club for
'serious' party going. Currently 330 is metamorphosed as a cavernous
place and the best known rave spot in Durban. Plenty of bars,
dark and noise downstairs and more bars upstairs. A hardcore
rave scene. Very close to the city centre, Point Road runs parallel
to South Beach from West toward the harbour entrance.

80s
This is a popular and highly
rated club (by the post 25 generation) located in the shadow
of the hallowed rugby ground at King's Park, just a couple
of minutes north of the city center. The bar and dance floor
are upstairs, surrounded by a big deck veranda. Excellent
music and plenty of pool tables make this a local favorite.
You will find it near the junction of Walter Gilbert and NMR,
next to the health and racquet club. Follow the signs for
Sports Science Institute and you won't miss it.
