established concerns, fair dealing. If you are new to RSA,
contact a conveyance attorney to give you advice before putting
in an offer. Unlike the UK, offers are fully binding upon
a party once the deal is made. The system here is that you
sign an offer with the agent to the seller before consulting
an attorney. Beware! When you have signed an "offer"
there is no way out (without loss) if the seller accepts it.
Don't listen to an agent that tells you, "Just put in
an offer to show the seller you are serious;" that's
the oldest trick in the book.
