For good or bad (reviews), we are prepared to pay ZAR 1,000

REFUNDS FOR POOR
SERVICE - Please be advised that all reviews are checked
for authenticity. You cannot expect us to act on your behalf
if you cannot prove your case. You have to prove a transaction
took place to get a refund, so in this event, we shall require
supporting documentation. It is advisable from the outset
that you COMMUNICATE THROUGH THE GAT WEB DIRECTORY. When
you send a communication through our directory service,
we automatically receive a copy of your communication. Do
not press the reply key when you receive an e-mail, rather
copy it, go to the GAE directory and write your reply through
the E-mail link provide on the advertisers page. Our information
system files, date & time stamps all documents sent
by you to the advertisers e-mail address through our web
by creating a BCC e-mail to us as you send your correspondence.
In a case where you have asked for service and not received
it, we can easily confirm your claims if you wrote your
correspondence through our web directory. Provided we have
adequate correspondence, we shall make every effort to have
you reimbursed for poor service or defective products.
